Anand Housing Finance is a recently formed housing finance company with a purpose of taking the Prime Minister's vision of 'Housing for All, 2022' a step further.
Anand Housing Finance is registered with National Housing Bank (NHB) as a HFC under section 29A of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 vide Certificate of Registration No. 03.0149.17 dated March 21, 2017.
Anand Housing Finance is promoted by a diverse team with an ideal mix of experience and youthful energy with credible experience in allied fields.
The founding team comprises of Mr. Nainesh Shah, Mr. Kapil Ladha, Mrs Mangala Prabhu, Mr. Tapan Doshi & Mr. Uujhaas Shah.
The Chairperson is a pioneer and the Managing Director of Bitcon India Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. A veteran of the building industry, the Chairperson possesses a rare combination of dynamic administrative, management and technical skills which has helped Bitcon India to scale new heights. With a laser like focus on quality he has ensured timely completion of critical construction projects.
He brings to the table an immense amount of market knowledge and is abreast with recent technological changes and developments taking place in relevant industries. His 28 years of experience in infrastructure and construction business gives him unparalleled reach into the real estate market. The unique experience he brings to the table will immensely help assess risks as well as opportunities that financing this particular segment involves.
He has proficient knowledge in the field of finance & accounting. Mr. Ladha possesses an extensive background and experience in Financial Consultancy, Retail Funding, Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning and International Relations. He started his career in the year 2001 as an Accounts Manager in Nalwa Steel & Iron Limited, a Jindal Group Company. Post completing his Chartered Accountancy, he joined the Nangalia Group (Textile industry) at Surat as its Chief Financial Officer.
He has also had a stint with IndusInd Bank for 3 years where he had experience on the both assets as well as liability side of the Bank. Currently he is Director at Acumen Business Consultancy Pvt. Ltd where his work involves fund raising for NBFCs, Securitization and building the Housing Loan portfolios for renowned organizations such as State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, IDBI Bank, L&T Finance, Federal Bank, among others. His presence as a co-founding member brings immense depth to fast & efficient scale up of operations.
A young entrepreneur with an enduring zest for excellence, Tapan is a commerce graduate from the renowned Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS University- 2008). In the year 2011, he successfully completed his MMS-MBA in the field of Finance from Somaiya College.
He has also done his Masters from the R. A. Podar College of Commerce. He has also worked for a mid-market boutique Investment Bank. Given his entrepreneurial zeal, he started his own advisory firm M/s. T. D. Financials, which provides consultancy services in the Finance field. The firm, in a short period of time has scaled up well and has the trust and confidence of various clients.
With experience spanning 38 years, Mangala brings immense domain expertise to the nature of our proposed operations. Her skill set has great overlap with the requirements of our organization and nature of our business activities. A rich & varied experience across multiple functional areas of the Banking Channel positions her uniquely to drive superior decision making and execution within our organization.
Her extensive experience at one of India's largest PSU Banks with roles spanning across functional areas like Corporate Credit, Foreign Exchange, Human Resource Management, Branch Banking & Credit Appraisals will be a big asset for the firm as it drives scale. As the General Manager of UBI she has had the distinction of driving one of the largest corporate credit portfolios in Mumbai. Currently she is Director of Ladderup Financial Limited and continues to scale the business to new heights while gaining invaluable insights into the current credit market landscape.
He is the youngest and the most dynamic member of the board. However, what he lacks in experience is more than made up by his dynamism and positive attitude. Completely abreast with technological changes and immense capability to work hard, he brings a lot of fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the table. He also has a vast experience in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector and is a director at Bitcon India Infrastructure Developer Private Limited.
Loan Amount: Minimum ₹2,00,000, upto Maximum ₹5,00,000
Rate of Interest: 12% to 16% (Floating)
Tenure: 3 to 5 years
Loan to value ratio (LTV): Maximum 40% to 50% of Market Value, based on valuation report of HFC approved Valuer AND/OR 80% of repair / renovation cost; whichever is lower.
